Back in the 1950’s, Kitty Psaila lived in the city of Birgu in a modest house just opposite our store. She lived simply, cooked wholesomely and looked after her big family and children.
We’ve been lucky enough to inherit her most precious possessions – her kitchen apron which we found stacked away in one of her kitchen drawers, and her wardrobe, which we have decided to upcycle and turn into our gourmet cupboard in our store.
Kitty was a gentle soul. Her positive energy fills our boutique with good vibes. Her good deeds still live on an rekindle our spirits.
