Atelier & Boutique

We are a boutique fashion house based on the Mediterranean island of Malta. Our core materials are leather, paper and fabric and we create and craft everything in-house at our historic ‘bottega’ in the maritime city of Birgu-Vittoriosa, Valletta’s lesser known, yet equally historic neighbour within the iconic Grand Harbour.

At the heart of our atelier is leather craftsmanship, our core expertise. Taiwanese-born co- founder Ozzy Chien leads the workshop, designing two collections annually, each a fusion of tradition and contemporary artistry. True to our philosophy that ‘craft is our technology’, every piece is handmade, with no more than 10 bags produced per collection, ensuring each remains a rare and distinctive creation.

We are highly inspired by the place we find ourselves in, and the sense of place is a huge force guiding our philosophy. We are anchored in the richness and savoir-faire of artisanal excellence that has flourished in Birgu for centuries. Yet, we also embrace experimentation, blending tradition with influences from our experiences, travels, and creativity.

Founded in 2019, our brand continues to evolve under the vision of its original duo, shaped by their roots in Asia, France, and Malta.
