Delivery Service Provider
Wherever possible, we use MaltaPost as the postage service for orders. Every order is shipped via registered mail with a Tracking Number. The customer is provided with the Tracking Number of each order via e-mail.
Delivery fees are calculated and added to the order automatically upon checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. The delivery fee includes packaging and there will be no additional fees incurred by Birgu Blue. The delivery fee is based mainly on MaltaPost postage rates and is subject to change in accordance with MaltaPost postage rate updates.
We ship orders to all EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and most Asian countries. The shipping fee for your destination will be calculated automatically upon checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.
Postage & Courier
All orders are processed and posted within 3 to 12 working days depending on the type of product. Custom-made leather products will be dispatched within 7 – 12 working days.
Standard Delivery to Malta below 5kg will range from E1.00 to E5.00 per order.
Local Pick-up option: Orders can be picked up from Birgu Blue, 66, Triq Hilda Tabone, Birgu, BRG1255 – MALTA from Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10.00am and 02.00pm and between 03.00pm and 07.00pm.
Standard delivery to Europe & UK below 1kg up to E10.85. Standard delivery to Middle East, USA & Canada, Asia & Australia below 1kg up to €12.00.
Your signature is required upon delivery. A signature will constitute conclusive evidence against the Buyer of receipt of the quantity of Goods indicated on that document free from any apparent defect or damage. The Buyer may not reject the Goods or any part of them solely on the grounds of short delivery of an instalment. If the Goods are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the Buyer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food), made-to-order and custom-made (such as personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases. Please get in touch on [email protected] if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept return requests on sale items or gift cards.
