For this exclusive collaboration between MICAS – Malta International Contemporary Art Space, and BIRGU BLUE, we wanted to incorporate various key facets of the new and imposing
space: Maltese heritage represented by thick walls and immense geometric spaces on the one hand, and 21st century contemporary design on the other. These paradoxes resonate well with the values of Birgu Blue, a blend of timeless and modern, traditional know-how and practical, minimalistic design.
