Apricot Jam is lovingly prepared by “With Love From Our Kitchen”, a Maltese, artisanal kitchen producing seasonal home-made jams and chutneys.  Owner and food gastronome Andrea Critien harvests her marvellous fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs sourced directly from her garden in the Maltese, rural village of Qrendi.

Description

“With Love From Our Kitchen” Apricot Jam is a Maltese, artisanal kitchen and farm producing seasonal home-made jams and chutneys. Based in the quaint rural village of Qrendi, in the South of Malta, food gastronome Andrea Critien loves spending time in her kitchen developing new recipes and working with marvellous fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs mostly sourced from her own pesticide-free garden and adjacent fields. Because they are home-made, these jams are ideal for jam tarts.

Flavours

With some 60 flavours to choose from, and only using the freshest and most natural ingredients possible. They use just old-fashioned, homestyle, hand scooped jams and chutneys.

Only fair trade brown sugar and apple cider vinegar are added in the preservation process, and slow-cooked over long hours to thicken the texture without artificial agents and chemical additives or colourings.

Home-made Apricot Jam

We believe authentic homemade jams should stand out from other options in the market, which is why we choose to make our jams with fresh wholesome fruits, real cane sugar, and GMO- free ingredients.  As a result, one of our highest compliments that we regularly receive from our customers is that our chutneys and jams “taste just like what I remember from my grandma’s cooking.”

Apricot Jam

Simply spread over toast, pancakes or scones. Besides, you can also pour it over yogurt, ice cream, or mix with oats, served with some nuts.

Use it as your main ingredient for jam tarts. Bake your jam tarts and they’ll instantly become a family favourite – plus, you can make them in less than half-an-hour if you use ready-made pastry.

STORAGE
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator, and consume within four months of opening. And always use a dry spoon. Please refer to the expiry date written on the label.
