The inspiration behind these coasters stems from Maltese Door Knockers, a feature of Maltese aesthetics and architecture found in Malta’s historic towns of Valletta, Birgu and Mdina.
The illustrations are original designs by Maltese graphic artist Nadine Noko, exclusively made for Birgu Blue. They embody an unconventional approach to ‘Art de la Table’, a a real conversation starter about one’s travels!
